Christina L. Cervieri is a Board-certified orthopedic surgeon, with fellowship training in the subspecialty of Sports Medicine. Dr. Cervieri is a graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine and Yale University. She did her Residency in orthopedics at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and her Fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Cervieri worked for eight years as Chief of Orthopedics at the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, WV where she was honored to care for our retired military members, many of whom had just returned from Iraq and Afghanistan.
After returning to private practice and relocating to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Dr. Cervieri opened her own private orthopedic practice, The Orthopedic Practice MD (TOP MD), to provide highly-personalized orthopedic care to patients in the community that want the personal attention and the special doctor-patient relationship she and her team provide. Dr. Cervieri and her staff at TOP MD aspire to make certain that every patient knows he or she is special and deserves special treatment.
